Online Registration Window:November 15, 2007-February 1, 2008 Conference Merchandise - Get your event T-Shirt Today!A variety of T-Shirts will be sold for the event and can be purchased at the time of registration on the VIN website. Click here for details. Refund/Cancellation Policy:A full refund will be issued for cancellations requested on or before February 28, 2008. Cancellations after this date and no-shows are non-refundable. Please make all refund requests via email to Raven Jackson, Registration Chair. Wet Lab Lottery Link w/ Instructions:Enrollment for wet lab participation will be done by lottery drawing. All individuals interested in participating in a given wet lab are advised to register before January 2, 2008. Registration will be closed on this date and registrants will be randomly selected to fill wet lab vacancies. If selected, a confirmation email will be sent to accept/decline the slot. There is a 3 day time window for response. After this period, your slot is forfeited. If accepted, charges will be deducted from the credit card used for initial registration.
